The coverage included varies depending on the type of vehicle and season. Generally, they include mandatory civil liability, protection against theft and own damage with a deductible, on the terms indicated in the reservation simulation and in the rental contract.

You can confirm the values and types of available insurance by making a reservation simulation, as these vary depending on the vehicle segment, season and optional insurance contracted (such as deductible reduction/elimination, glass protection, tires and enhanced assistance, where applicable).

You must contact the 24-hour assistance immediately by calling +351 800 210 625 and follow the instructions given. Do not leave the scene and wait for the assistance or competent authorities to arrive, unless your safety is at risk.
